Kroger Louisville division began firing off assistant store managers yesterday at least 23 ASM have been let go or demoted in just one district

One of Louisville’s Execs came to Atlanta to mess the district up she is in. Ppl are quitting left and right.
Is Jay C’s axing managers too? Is it better to work for Jay C’s than Kroger?
Yes I've been hearing a lot about this too. It's also started happening in nicholasville, and some of the people were just transferred to other stores. We've had a few come back to ours
Haven’t heard of any stores closing in the Louisville division yet. Stores have been closing around the country for a while. Most recently in Indiana and Cincinnati area.
Anyone hear of store closings in the Louisville division ?
They've demoted people in facility engineering as well.
Has 3, 4, and 5 already finished their layoffs/firings???
D1 and D2 start their firings end of this week. Rumor has it.

District 5, lost several I don’t think it was 23. But it was double digits
Which district lost 23 people? I'm in D4, and haven't heard anything about any of our management yet. But I was off today,
What DMs in Louisville division got canned? I haven’t heard of any.

In my district, first 11 managers were let go. Some were store managers others were district managers. They did a second round right after Christmas, idk how many got fired then but a few assistant store managers I know got the boot.
This is the second round they fired and demoted store managers on the first round in October . Just found out the Vice President of that division also was just let go . Crazy times
Is it only ASMs? Was it to lower headcount or are they going post those jobs? Did that division let go of any store managers or DMs? Doesn’t seem like it should be all about ASMs.
