Going on 4 years with NO RAISE for all non-union front line office staff in NIAGARA office. How is that justified? You can bet that all the Supervisors got one.

You realize we are all paid the same in the bands plus minus a bit, so you will get where they want you. I’ve had 0 percent increase before as a high performer when normal performers were getting 3. Plain and simple, don’t think you are always the top dog. All 410,420,500,510s are paid plus minus 5 percent if they are on the same group. Don’t kid yourself. You will reach a peak and get the minimum anyways.

This is some b—s—. The pay rises don’t reflect inflation , this has been the trend since 2016

STIP is nice but I'd rather get a promotion. But I'm in the wrong demographic and the company is looking to be more 'diverse' and inclusive which means I'm not included.

Pretty good multipliers this year. Should be giving thanks to Infrastructure Planning for their amazing work and performance. Benefits us all.

10% x 1.6 x 35% = 5.6% (Company portion of STIP)
10% x your business unit rating x 30% = BU%
10% x your rating (1.0 for successful performer) x 35% = 3.5%

STIP = (5.6%. + BU% + 3.5%) x salary
