So rumor is:
40% of the company will be laid off (not just headquarters but all the Americas)
It will include workers to management
Upper management claim they can't talk about it YET certain people claim to know what is going on (really management? either keep your mouth shut to everyone or tell everyone)
No one is safe - regardless of longevity with the company, regardless of how stellar your reviews were, etc
At this point, whether I may it through this layoff round or not, Fossil is a dying company and business. The end is inevitable for everyone.
What else do you all know? Because lets keep the rumor mill churning more since Fossil management doesn't have the courage to speak up and communicate with their loyal employees. Because waiting week after week always makes for a great and productive work week!
