LOL leads make LESS money then good reps, thats why they're leads. If you making center average and you feel like u got a raise, u was a sh– rep to start with. You became a lead cos u wanted off the phones and Frontier had a lack of good options. Also im sure leadership loves the way your face looks when you say YES

Talk about uninformed. They make a dollar more not twenty five cents you know-it-all.
Also wake up, do you think Bernie is calling your lead, your coach or even your center director to get his plans approved? The fact that the company is not commenting on earnings is comment enough. Lol keep asking your coach what the company plans are....you guys can ask each other what went wrong when you're waiting in the unemployment line together. When has this communication company ever communicated?
First, people on here dumb enough to blame anyone but uppermost management for the laundry list of horrible business decisions and practices should just keep that ignorant sh– to themselves. Second if you are a lead, nobody (and i do mean nobody) cares about your opinion because...well you're a lead so act your wage. You don't have employees and your extra .25/hr to plead ignorant gives you zero credibility. If you're literate, you should read any of the actual experts opinions (bloomburg, seeking alpha, yahoo finance, etc...) and read between the lines. People who have put in years here don't need lectures from company yes men (not even management) making the same or less than the rest of us. Hush now

If anyone is overpaid it’s West Virginia. They make well over $30/hr to lie to customers. Deland can lie with the best of them and they make well over half as much.
If we do go bankrupt, then the people in Tampa are to blame. I work in Deland and we are constantly fixing their problems. Are they care about is money. They are overpaid and lazy.
The incompetence from you older Technicians who refuse to believe that fact that FTR with file Bankruptcy fairly soon is completely asinine. It’s unreal how many of you have been operating this plant over the years. Your lack of knowledge truly shows the overwhelming problem with Telcom the last 40+ years. Telcom hired “bottom of the barrel” candidates. What did FTR in was the lack of management the first 2 years of the CTF sale. Basically the OVERTIME k–led the company in CTF.
I just got a call from my lead and he said that there is unlimited OT this week. He also told me that Frontier wouldn’t be giving unlimited OT is they was going to file bankedrupsy. All you people do is make stuff up on this website

When Frontier files for bankruptcy it may effect retirees two ways. First, if a retiree is getting an annuity (shame on them for not asking for lump sum) it may change as they may not be able to fund it completely. Second way is if a retiree is not of age for Medicare and is getting medical insurance through Frontier. Frontier may drop their medical.
The leads in my center are useless
Supervisor: Promote this shady company policy to the reps. Lead: But I didn’t believe in this when I was I rep and I was against this actually. Supervisor: I will put you right back on the phones then. Lead: How fast would you like me to do this and can I buy you lunch?
My coach told me that the leads are like assistant coaches and to listen whatever they say. I say that ain’t true.
If the retiree is on a monthly pension and Frontier doesn’t have it funded properly, the fund could be handed over to the federal government for oversight. Most pensions that have been transferred for oversight do not pay out at the full monthly amount.
Lol! My employees?? That’s the problem with frontier. You are just a friggin, “LEAD” and you refer to your coworkers as, “MY EMPLOYEES!” We will see how long you will refer to them that way when Frontier goes bankrupt, and your a– is on the unemployment line.
This has got to stop. I’m a lead at Frontier and you are just spreading rumors to upset folks. My employees are scared because of these rumors. You have no proof that Frontier is planning to file bankruptcy so just stop it now. We find out who this is that is spreading lies.
When frontier finally goes bankrupt retirees can be thankful they got out before the ship finally sank .
