yeah @3ece mods can close the entire board. where are you going to post (so sears people can see it) then? arguably, you can go to twitter or another board but then no sears people would ever see your nonsense.

so, thanks for spoiling it for all of us - 100% sure mods will either completely close this board (they've done this to other companies) or they will introduce 'review before publishing live' policy where every post will be reviewed by them first.

All what you will accomplish is to close this board forever. If mods do not close it, people will leave on their own as all this junk may be fun for you but the average reader who just observe here will simply move on.

So, continue with trolling and excessive postings - you are delusional if you think you'll be able to accomplish anything aside from sheer destruction of this board (an you can also be a corporate shill whose intention is to destroy this board anyway).

It is reasonable to ask for links if they are available – whether from news media, jobs.sears.com listings, WARN notices, or just random folks on Twitter who post photos of STORE CLOSING signs. (The last is the way we verified the Penn Plaza Kmart closing.)

It's not reasonable to demand the links or to disbelieve the stories people are telling here.

the stories in general are not hurting people. Employees who don't take action are hurting themselves. I recognize a few employees have reasons not to move on but for the vast majority , take action. Sears has screwed 100,000 of thousand of employees. It is expected there is some dancing on the grave by some. Cant take it don't come here.It is a form of therapy.

@ziw+13vMtsPp THANK YOU! I totally agree with everything you said. And you're spot-on about the impact a store closure has. It's deeper than meets the eye, which makes the ridiculous, inconsiderate gleeful posts all the more unfortunate.

As someone who -does- post links, thank you for this. It's a rumor site, not a professional journalistic site.

In addition, I wish people would stop expressing glee about Kmart and Sears store closures. This is an ongoing tragedy that is hurting not just employees of the two chains, but also other tenants of the same shopping centers, residents of neighborhoods near the shopping centers, and even the owners of those shopping centers. It is nothing to be happy about.

"Will people post bad information? Sure. Downvote and move on." which is kind of ironic that certain posts which later were proven true are almost all negative! It's because people are scared to hear the truth, they'll downvote it, and argue that it's fake, or it's not true, etc, etc, even when proven true later.
