Sounds like the recertification flight for the MAX is coming up soon. Boeing better actually have it down this time. If there's just one more crash Boeing is done. No more banks will provide loans. No one will wonder if there will be layoffs cause bankruptcy is a guarantee. I wish Boeing luck, I really don't want to see a Chinese manufacturer take it's place. But at the same time I still have my doubts that the MAX is safe. It's a 40 something year old design with 17 variations, new wings and engines Frankensteined on and new software. Guess time will tell. I'm not getting on one that's for sure

I agree with both posts! If another Max goes down, you would be a fool to not think that Boeing is done for.
Absolutely the Board of Directors needs to all be replaced as does our “new” CEO who was at the same table with these money hungry murders making the calls to develop and build the MAX!
Unfortunately all of this is out of our control, they won’t be charged with any crimes and they won’t be replaced because Boeing Is to intertwined with the corrupt US government.
However what we all can do, weather we are on the floor assembling or up in the offices engineering is do our best to try and save this once great American company from folding by working as smart and as hard as we all can!
I strongly feel that this place is managed poorly at multiple levels but I Do like working for Boeing and would like to keep this great wage until I can retire.

It does not matter if you believe there will be layoffs or not.
It does not matter if you are union or not
It does not matter if you would fly on a MAX again or not
It does not matter if you think management is posting here to change the subject or not
It does not matter if you post the same drivel on multiple threads or not
If another MAX crashes, its OVER. Boeing won't file chapter 11, it will fold, completely. Gone. No jobs, period.
