How VS is “staffed” doesn’t have anything to do with it. They make up too much of the revenue pie for ADS to be able to afford to lose them. Keeping the call center work onshore Is just a result of the fact that VS is/was “worth” staffing onshore as a selling point to them when contracts are renewed)
VS is staffed mostly by US agents. Lose VS and ADS will survive, but cut onshore even further.

Because ADS has no chance of surviving if VS goes under?
The rumors is that LBrands is getting close to selling the division as they’ve been massively underperforming (not a coincidence that this coincides with ADS underperforming).
Best case scenario is they end up in the hands of someone that is willing to invest in fixing the brand
