Severance is based on years of service, but they just changed the policy on it a few months ago, so now those laid off are getting less severance.
How much severance did they offer ? Is it based on yrs of service ?
Same here - I wander where is 400 number coming? Michelle Gass was specific on the overall number - so really, not sure - maybe contractors and part timers?
