I work in engineering. There is a burden of going through interviews even for changing teams.
If one team doesn't work out for some one, why other teams are doing interviews just for chanigng teams. Juniper must support auto rotation to keep some employees to stay. Otherwise, people would give interviews outside rather inside and move out. Does anyone has clue from management regarding this.

Unless you move JunOS to non JunOS, there shouldn't be any interview at all.
I agree with you that moving within company should be encouraged or at least made easy.
Unless the other team knows you and how you would fit in what they try to achieve, they need to make sure your move makes sense for them as well. Hope this makes sense.
I know AA monitors this site. He needs to take action.
