We know they’re bound to be coming but any ideas when? Before bonuses? After? Any chance they’ll let ppl volunteer? I ask that seriously because I have coworkers that really want to keep their job where I’m ready to get out. Don’t managers want to keep those that want to be here? And they won’t know by performance because we’ve been through so many rounds, only high performers are left.

Only high performers are left? That is delusional! Most high performers are gone. We have an abundance of low to mid level performers that can really ki- - a-s. and some unfortunate high performers tied to OKC until our kids graduate. recommend you stay with CHK as you will not survive elsewhere.
Maybe apply for VP of EHS. Oh wait, she can’t get out either, but not for a lack of trying. Here long enough to royally screw everything up and now already trying to get out. Shameful, but we asked for it.
