No money for cards

I am hearing from CO tech that their cards are coming back unrepaired or they are being told the company wont pay for thier repair. They were told that there is no money to repair a whole list of cards. What are we supposed to tell a customer that is down, we dont have the money for your card?

This will certainly not work out to our benefit on the customer satisfaction side.

Yeah, when they told me that I had to ask permission before providing overtime I knew it was time to bail out. Then you had to ask before permission when buying replacement parts for the equipment. No replacement batteries for the remote sites....when after probably 20 minutes leaving the customers with no dial tone. Embarrassing ....humiliating....my neighbors as well.

They are not repairing cards that they think we have enough spare inventory or cards they deem not service affecting. The biggest problem is now your spare might take 2 days to get there, where before we had one on hand.
