I've heard there were more layoffs recently (we did not get hit) and that there might be more soon and I have to ask - who do they expect to do the work if they keep cutting people?
We are severely understaffed as it is! People are being laid off but others are also leaving on their own due to the toxic work environment and low pay. Just in the past year we lost six people. And nobody is being replaced. No, we are just expected to pick up their work.
This place is all about cost-cutting, no matter the consequences. Frankly, being laid off might be a preferable option to staying here, now that I think about that.
