his company was once a decent place to work. I am a long-timer, but it’s not my intention to whine about the “good old days”. However, I don’t think anyone can argue the fact that this company changed a lot recently, and not for the better.
Don’t get me wrong, It was always hard and challenging, but at least we had the sense that we were accomplishing something. Now we just get dumped with the workload of the people that left or were laid off while the managers set goals that even they know are impossible to achieve so that we always have the sense that we’re underperforming, no matter how much we work we do. I don’t even want to get started on the double standards, by which some get to do very little or nothing, while we get dumped wit their work as well
If they continue with this way of managing things, there won’t be anyone left to do the actual work, at least not for the c-appy pay that we receive.
