No hand, that is the Baker way. We got rid if a lot of good and not so good hands. Have things changed? Off course not! Get a sales team who know how to read the market and middle management who know a little about what the guys they manage do.

US RMD will cut. About to lose rigs in Colorado and Utah. This is the only thing they know, lay-off and the books look good for a couple of weeks.
