Have not been paid in 4 months on NET 60 invoices. No one can answer if/ when we will get paid. Stopped feeding them due to breach of contract; but that does not get us they money they owe. If you can't pay your bills then it's time to close up shop.
Eddie is back with the Sears Holdings estate? I thought he stepped down for Transformco a year ago.
Eddie just sued over 400 vendors and he's stating that he wants his money back that was paid out to the vendors lol this guy is beyond nutzz

Vendors are still not being paid. Hard to stay in business without product.

At our Kmart, No coke products. No Frito Lays. No Pepsi. Nothing in the budget to stock beer and wine. Empty counters everywhere. Payroll is non existent. But everything's fine they tell us.
