Thread regarding ADM layoffs

I believe everybody knows that this company has the habit of rewarding yes man and a– kissers rather than capable people.As bad a bractis as this is it has created an even bigger problem, a problem that could have devastating consequences for the company. Too many people are being hired at managerial positions. It’s like the company is purposely trying to produce more dead weight. This issue becomes even worse if we keep in mind that most of those people were not hired or promoted based on their knowledge or competence, as I stated before.
That practice not only underlines the fact that this company gives the worst treatment to the employees that do the most , but also creates a very dangerous situation in which useless layers of management could sucxk the company dry, while the real workers leave.
