It’s been a struggle. I loved this company but after reading everything I am absolutely disgusted and kind of worried . My clinics front desk has been short staffed for well over a year and we have pulled ourselves up by our boot straps and worked through it . I can’t help but worry will front desk be next ? They can easily eliminate some of our work responsibilities to justify lay offs .

The clinic where I worked could not retain front desk staff. Management was concerned about the turnover, but never came up with a good solution for employee retention. Some sites introduced kiosks for patients to sign in vs. a human. Not a very warm and fuzzy approach.
Keep working hard and believe in the American company. They have your back. They really really care and they keep their word. They want to help people get healthy and money is secondary.
Just an assumption, but I suspect they would deduct it from your last paycheck.
