He is talking about the Fireman&Oilers (MSO’s)that have been foreman that will be movers once again when the foreman jobs go.
What a stupid post foreman were still union dues-paying members. Don't you realize foreman can only go back to craft if he was paying dues to his craft.
I don’t agree with shunning anyone. I will treat the foremen that return to their craft with the same respect I give everyone. But I understand the posters opinion. Some of these returning foremen were jerks and did whatever was asked of them by management even if it jeopardized someone’s career.
I can only assume that OP meant foremen.
Makes sense, this does coincide with boomer era typing.
They were dovetailed in as Engineers in '98.
