What does MRO need to do? Follow the example of BP change leadership... at the top.

They need to follow the BP & Wells Fargo examples with regard to exec leadership.
At least one IT manager & one ACCT manager and several other non management employees. Possible reorg coming before next employee meeting; could be rumors. Best to start looking for new employment now to be ahead of the curve just in case. Heard MRO is also monitoring internet to see who comes here so be careful where you access this site from.
