Any ideas on when this company will finally be done with this reorganization? It's been more than a year so far and I'm frankly tired of the continuous threat of layoffs always hanging over my head.
Not to mention, whoever is in charge of choosing people to be put on the layoff list is doing a lousy job. We are losing some of our best and in some cases the only ones who know how to do certain things around here.
The leadership will wake up soon and realize they'll need somebody to do those jobs and then they'll realize they have to hire two people to replace the one person who was doing it all on their own.
Great business strategy, for sure.
