After 27 years of loyal service, I was part of one wave of RIF layoffs at Siemens Digital Industries Software over a period of weeks. Why is this not being reported in the news? They laid off employees in several waves of RIFs in January and then again on February 7th across the United States. Part of 2020 vision and will continue...

I got laid off from Siemens Digital Industries the other day. I'm surprised I haven't read more about it online because apparently they're doing this as part of a massive Reduction In Force. I'm glad it's not just me but also sad to see other people got whacked.
Siemens USA needs a management makeover! It's employees suffer trained to focus on revenue and not customer service. It's time form Germany to step in!!!
This company has changed significantly since the 1980's and 1990's. The US leadership in all divisions encompasses the sole value of greed! They have lost complete vision of providing excellent customer service and quality material while only focusing on revenue and financial targets. The management teams hired have zero business acumen. Siemens has become a large company riddled with internal political hires that are not educated on the industry and do not have the business sense to grow a healthy positive culture while providing excellent customer service at market price. They are a chop shop hiding behind a large name professionally developed a very very long time ago!
Siemens was once a powerhouse company. Buying up thriving mid sized companies that cornered the market in industry technologies. Today the company had been managed into the ground. Too many managers with to many different amateur visions. The only consistency that remains is that they are the most expensive company and offer terrible customer service. The legacy accounts will dissolve and the company will be forced to break apart in time.
Because no one cares about Siemens. The only value in Siemens lies in its pieces. Roland is the big boss now, the wrecking ball isn’t far behind. BOHICA!
