Wow. Just my thoughts.
R&D education under ROCS is offering few meaningful classes but has a huge organization of directors and managers. What do they do. Rack up DNI points for ROCS VP
ROCS surveys are farce. Employee can be identified without any trouble
It's easy to promote incompetent colleagues when there are no sticks by which to measure them, no accountability for myriad failures to improve product & process, while they ake credit for the good and blame others for the bad.
Sad but true. Atlanta leadership from vp to a step below is awful.
