I have worked for Sysco for many years and I no longer respect the company nor its leadership. I think leadership is a Joke. Promotions are given on a who knows you and who you know and who likes you basis. If you do not fit this criteria, you are stuck. Bonus are very generous among executive; although lower paid employees, the ones actually doing the dirty work are given pennies. Sysco take note out companies such as Delta, Southwest Airlines and evening HEB. They have shown their employees appreciation even though Delta and Southwest Airlines have not met their financial expectatio. HEB have each employee a $100 bill. Not a lot, but distributed fairly. They did not give executives $1,000 and regular associates a $1 like you would have. Mr Baugh was a fair and generous man. I am sure he is turning flips in his grave with how some employees are being treated. You really expect the company to succeed with the way you treat people?

Agreed . Sysco has leadership and board that does not understand its historic values and culture . Not a company to work for in future .
