Private company, no announcement unless press picks it up which rarely happens. Unlike CEO Bob's planned and visible departure a couple years ago that had him making the rounds with interviews talking up Bose and handing off to Phil. Same is largely true for all of the many reductions the last decade. Very rare to announce publically since they don't have too as a private company.
