The moral in the sperry software group is way down. Other developers like me are talking about possibly leaving the company. The job is fine. It's the managers that are causing the problem. Yesterday over lunch we were joking that we are all going to chip in and buy our manager who happens to be Chinese a first class one way ticket to Wuchan. As a manager he is a complete failure.

Left Sperry Software group several years ago and its been great. My manager new is really nice. I no longer have to work for some chinese guy who runs the show as if he were the emperor of china. I agree 100% with what was said before about this guy. The guy is really biased and should be working there a manager.
Managers cant be biased towards a specific group of workers. This guy is.
Agreed! seems all management they put in place now maybe book smart, bean counters, but when it comes to common sense they are paralyzed from neck up! Can never understand their own business, but they keep putting the id–ts in place, this will eventually k–l helliburton.
