There is greed in the Sr. Management chain that has and will continue to drive this company into an evil place. They really don't care about you, me, or the person sitting next to you. I have given countless hours over the past 20 years only to be setup by Sr. Management for an upcoming layoff. Labor arbritage is the only game they know, don't worry, someone in the Philippines or India will replace you. This corporation is truly soulless and will s— the life out of anyone. The culture is a joke and not practiced by most all management. If you do try to live the culture you will not be successful as the subversive environment will not allow you to.
