Dont't blame OR. He was, after all, a Visionary CEO in his Tesla
After the dismal earnings report, a no conviction forward guidance and the stock hitting a new 52 week low, it would be outrageous to go ahead with the planned winner's circle. This clueless management should not reward themselves and their spouses with a Hawaii trip on company dime.
