Who got fired in HR? They never seem to let anyone go and have a whole lot of people doing nothing there. Darren left after finding out he had to report to Suzy. She is worthless and so focused on stroking the egos of all the senior leaders its crazy. Wondering why they never seem to fire anyone. The hatchet people always save themselves.

So who’s still left in HR? They should definitely get rid of Carina she’s a vp who makes a lot of money and there are hardly any employees left. Never understood why she was hired anyway. What does Jenny do that she can’t handle HR for such a small company. Another overpaid way follower.
I can tell you why. HR has the most qualified golden plunger certified operators of any department. Need these people to handle daily emergencies on 5. The goofy bald guy just couldn’t get it done in that department and saw the writing on the wall. Enough said.
I used to work on the same floor as HR, I don’t know what many of them do, but I know a lot have left lately. Darren left to start his own company, the other business partner quit or got fired, they got rid of the European sounding recruiter lady, the goofy bald guy left. Not defending their value- but there are a lot fewer of them than there were 6 months ago.
One would think with the continued decrease in staff, there would also be a decrease in HR. Not at all and never has been. Why still an army of HR for such a small village?
Don't understand why they need Jenny and the other woman for HR. Guess cause Jenny and Way don't go anywhere without eachother. Maybe they should both go and see how much that saves us.
