Does anyone at NM even know what the Northstar is? The guy that talks and acts like he is Sean Connery mentions it all the time but I have yet to find someone that can actually tell me.

At a normal company, it would just be called “running a business”. But the $$$ that goes to McKinsey gets paid has to buy a “fancier” name

It may be related to the new planning tool NM has been talking about. Does NM still use the Gramm-Rudman system?
