Wonder how the remaining “executives” will do their resume? I k–led a company and beat the remaining associates to believe they still have a reason to care. Or will their severance be so large that they won’t have to go back to work?

They will and are having tough time in finding a good gig outside. No one in their right mind believe that they stayed with Sears for any other reason but lack of employable skills.
