Just got an email today stating how great Bangalore, guadaljara and phillipines are doing and how they're expecting to expand. Nothing said about onshore. Perhaps they're trying to tell us something in code?

Working in WFM at ADS, I can tell you for sure to get ready to wave so long at onshore spots. The offshore sites are scheduled to take another 5-6 waves of our clients. What that means is for Customer Care is that there will be no back filling for these spots.
