Its the government. It takes them forever to look at stuff.
Doesn't take them long to look at something. I wonder what the holdup is.
Statement is interesting when they were telling us at the onset of the chapter 11 news that they were deep into the talks of the merger.
Conflicting information.
Hopefully the justice department is smelling that stinky pile of c-ap statement.
"I think the Department of Justice has a job to do and we want to be transparent. We think it's premature, because there is no deal yet, but Department of Justice is starting to look into it. That's their job, and of course we will cooperate with them," Monica Massey, executive vice president and chief of staff for DFA, said.
