Yet another reason for guests to not want to come to the parks.
Create an aggressive atmosphere of desperate underpaid carnies trying get enough to pay for their next meal.
"Hey buddy, bring your little kiddies over here......One in wins."
I'm having enough trouble finding people that want our free passes now.

HBL sadly did not want to keep most of BGT ambassadors, they only kept a handful.

New hires are being offered the same $10 hr, in local want ads.

Turns out that only the games people from BGT that went to HBL get paid $10/hr with commissions.

Anyone hired under manpower (i.e., not BGT transfers) get paid less than the $9.60/hr with commissions.

Pretty much every company does more than ours.

The new games company pays better AND they make commissions

The company supplementing/"not taking over" corp IT pays their contractors a lot more than regular IT

But hey, us regular employees we just gotta be thankful for what we got.

Bonus laugh - recent "be safe" message that came out about the flu asking employees to not come into work if possible... well when you axe the upfront sick time and give no time for us to build it up before hand... lol sure... in 4 weeks time one newer employee will have gotten 160 hours IF they are full time. That gives them approx 6.95 PTO hours. So at the time of that message they might have been lucky to get -1- day off in time so far.

Boy I cant wait for another ACM!

(Not that they will ever have anymore)
