That new Baker Hughes video about their turbine fracin rigs pretty impressive you have to give them credit for trying to upgrade north America production, where here at Halliburton only focusing on international work leaving N. America stale and no hope, just my opinion.

The cost to do gas turbine is 2.5x the cost and has a payoff in like 10 years. It is better to run current equipment into the ground, buy bankrupt competitors equipment at auction, etc than going efrac unless you are going after carbon emission rules. Once the 200 idle spreads are burned through of the 500 that were active last year to the 300 current it might make sense.

All they are doing is re-inventing the same wheel using different ingredients. If your impressed, go j–koff on your I-phone hipster.
Big Red tried the turbine back in 60s. Baker Hughes must have hired on some exHalliburton geniuses who couldn't make the cut here.
They are number 2 for a reason. Schlumberger has 3 times more researchers than halliburton.
I'am with you brother Halliburton a joke world wide more and more all the time.
And Hal is a joke internationally.
