Does the target bonus % change when you move from GSR 6 to 7 or GSR 7 to 8 ? If yes then by how much.

I am thankful they will have a bonus this year even though it is reduced. I have a trip to Hawaii to pay for that I took over the Xmas break. All this talk of cuts, no severance and such. Once I get caught up I am looking elsewhere for another position outside the company.
It has been a very stressful tenure to say the least.
Why is this a mystery? It's all on life@ford and the subject of numerous emails. Nobody "had" to come here to figure this out. They were just that lazy
I had the same thoughts in 2008 (or 2007) when we received a profit sharing check while are peers were walked out and things looked grim.
I said back then I would have preferred to get nothing as long as they spent the money on new product. The problem with any large company is that it is hard to get long term thinkers. Everyone wants to get paid now at the expense of the future.
I wonder if the crew on the Titanic were concerned about bonus’s when they where preparing the life boats for use.
Of course they are different. Look at how much Hackett makes and do a logaritmic regression to find out the rest.
Actually I was disappointed that we got bonuses last year. Yes, I said it. As a manager I was embarrassed to hand out bonuses while everyone was freaking out over SRD. I felt it was wrong to pass out bonuses while walking good people out the door. It might have seemed acceptable if the people being walked out were poor performers but most were pretty darn good. Keep poor performers and give them bonuses while canning good employees. Head scratching!!
Someone eluded to it in another comment.
The problem is that an employee had to come here to ask this. The culture at Ford is so toxic right now that this is the result. An employee comes to a layoff site to find out something about compensation at the company.
Whomever said to plan an exit strategy, wow that is a great suggestion. Get out now. While you can. Before you are competing with 1000s of your soon to be excoworkers.
Employees asking about bonuses when the share price has dropped to $8 - SMH. Hacket should be walked out with that performance, what a joke.
@1btc+13mJXyki I could say the same for 50% of Boomers in my building.
54% of target - that must be a record for that much adjustment. Sadly the union as usual gets the better deal. Unless of course you are higher up and your bonus is equal to 100% of your salary.
It is still better than nothing.....
8 will get 1k more
Yes, A grade 8 will get more than a grade 7
54% of target. Moral is soaring
Clearly a question from one of the many clueless Hackett child hires. Other than playing on their phones all day, the only other thing they know how to do is ask when they will get more money for doing nothing. Oh, and complain they are stressed when they are asked to actually work.
I agree with one of the other posters.....assuming a real live Ford employee asked this question, I would not worry too much about a bonus this year.
All of us will maybe get a token one (based on past history, they usually do - then again with Hackett, who knows, they may send us a bill for all of our "poor" performance with an image of a wagging figure exhorting us to do better, our performance was not acceptable and to pay up), but it will be no where near what it is for UAW.
Your time would be better spent planning an exit strategy.
Here’s a question, why would you assume you deserve a bonus. The companies business fundamentals are horrible, the stock is worthless. Maybe if your a “TA”, you’ll get a coupon for Steak & Shake.
Why would you ask that question on a site like this? Do you have a supervisor, or a mother to ask?
Bonus for mid year promotions are prorated, according to the aicp website.
Yes. All the targets are listed on the "my compensation" tab. Employees know how to get there.
