Why did the preferred stock drop like a rock yesterday? All right at the end of the day. Seems like a reaction to some news or an event. Is there a press release soon? Are they dropping the dividend? And if so, why?

They will be suspending the dividend now that they have two vacant seats on the board they do not worry about the potential of losing two more seats from suspending the dividend for more than three quarters.
Haven’t heard any rumors. Could it be from 2 of the 3 injured contractors passing away this week? The ones injured from the fire and flown to hospitals.
