They require everyone to be at work 10-15 early, in order to get your PC booted up. It's always musical chairs in the beginning and the PC take about 7 mins to load up? Where is my money for those times, I was told I couldn't clock in? I was required to show up early and be "in ready" at the time my shift started or get written up late.
Wow I worked for them for a short period of time. I knew something wasn’t right, it just didn’t sit well with me.
I worked for Conduent for Apple during the time this lawsuit started and I was laid off and owed unpaid wages also. I could not find a lawyer to help me!
Conduent is losing and stalling.
From what I see this lawsuit is growing larger everyday. Has anyone gone to any if these court hearings?
