We heard at the Canada conference last week that bonuses were going to be paid out this year...
Sycamore finagles the numbers to their benefit. They cheat you out of your bonus to pay off their debt first. You’ll never know the true plan that you’re up against. They lie and then will keep downsizing until all the employees are new and low salaried. If you are over 45 and earn a decent salary you will soon be let go. They are a dispicable group to work for. Run for the nearest door.
Spoken with multiple sr. directors in different departments. They are not saying anything, and don’t seem very positive in their responses. Take that for what it’s worth. Probably won’t know for sure until 3/4 meeting.
Senior level not sharing anything. Not a good sign
