We were informed this week:
- transfers to Odessa approved
- no yard time unless dispatch calls
- micromanaging everything
The signal I received was we are about to get starved out again w/ no guaranteed 40 this time and leave if you don’t like changes.

I have the same feeling at DMC, all the rumors slowed down then in February 2016 the hammer dropped lots of people cut, now more people than work nothing coming.
