Not sure what co you've been working for, but if you read the Marquee, it has a page dedicated to reviews and says the manager feedback conversations are held between jan 31st and march 2nd.
Not sure what co you’ve been working for....but it’s always been discussed in January and it kicks in first week of April. They are definitely delaying it this year. Probably not coming.
I'm sure like every other year, you'll find out in March or April and the raise goes into effect the next month.
