Verizon sold those 3 sates” per aces line”. Before the sale they was selling “triple play “ at 30 dollars for all three. Of course FTR couldn’t keep it at the price!

CTL the principles lied to the SEC about completion of integration which was false as necessary tools as iVAPP were required to properly troubleshoot outage scenarios. Records were moved to antiquated IBM Mainframes and .xls Excel Soreadsheets. VERIZON WAS FULL GUI WITH ACCURATE RECORDS! FTR A JOKE!

NO frontier came in and said that copper was the future and they didn't want to keep up the TV service. they then proceeded to bleed customers. They also had a terrible transition and were too cheap to buy the tools necessary from verizon to keep things running smoothly because they aspired to buy more territory. They somehow were able to stabilize but then they decided to botch the company again with a poor transition when buying CTF. This had nothing to do with Verizon, it had to do with Frontiers top brass being rtards.
