They will run out of white hard hats in NLR.
Their insurance is extremely high, so it's a pay cut. If you take a white hard had at this point, then you actually enjoy The taste of pеnis in your mouth.
At my location, they will be working the same hours as they are currently with the same amount of jobs.
I meant 90,000 a year.
Actually they're making them take a pay cut yeah they're saying $90,000 a year. But a good Foreman was making $900,000 a year working 8 hour shifts and having his job protected. Now he'll be doing 12-hour shifts 4 days a week with no protection against getting fired. That's why they want supervisors to be all managers you work at will and on call. Will you look at the number of hours they'll be working it's almost like a pay cut.
You don’t use tape, silly, you use grease....
They are making them go back to work bottom of the list. Taking major pay cuts.
They are hiring foremen back as managers and paying them more than they were making as union foreman. $90,000 - $120,000 is the wage range.
I can't wait to tape a coffee cup to their hard hats!
Other class 1’s have been doing it for years. It works there and it will work here. Settle down.
Looks like some of these legendary car foreman will get a chance to shine again. Show us how it's done. I think they should keep the their white hats so we can help them —kinda like a 2nd apprenticeship.
42 years in, recently retired, 27 as a supervisor and I can't believe this is happening. We just saw this happen to the pipefitters now the foreman. Who's next ? If this isn't stopped it will end with u.p. managers managing contract laborers. I think a Strike is justified. Think about it Union Leaders or every union member will be out of a job including YOU. !!!!!!!!
Yep, and no relief jobs either!
This is not a secret, all foreman jobs are gone by 1 April.
Which foreman?
