They definitely listen in on your calls. Happened to my co-worker. Was laid off in September. I told my "boss" who probably didn't even acknowledge me in the 5 years I worked there that this was the worse office I ever worked in (working for 46 years). I wanted to say a lot more, but my severance pay would have been compromised.

All calls made on UHH soft phones are recorded. Plus the playoffs real time monitoring is tracking calls
