Who’s Service Live they have planted all over SHS FB page and will they take the place of A&E?

People already talked about this here months ago, and it was mocked roundly then. If Sears' employees think it's ridiculous, you can imagine what customers will think. Just what they need, high pressure tactics from what is literally Eddie's protection racket. They've already been driven away from that for years. No way cheap Eddie and his zero-marketing will outcompete Angie, Val-U-Pak, and even the likes of U-Haul, Costco, and Real Estate Agents who put people in touch with the right services when the want it with visibility at the top of the customer mind. When it comes to good service, no one thinks Sears anymore.

From what I can tell, it looks like Service Live brokers a customer to an independent contractor. If this is the "future" of A&E, what this would mean is that the techs would go 1099 (contractor) and the site would broker work for the tech. Kind of like Upworks does for development, graphic artists, customer service and data entry. I would assume that much of A&E's "back end" would not be needed since Transformco would not be involved with supplying parts (that now being the responsibility of the tech).
"The ServiceLive Site is a venue connecting buyers ("Buyers") with Provider Firms and/or Service Pros (each a "Provider"). By using the ServiceLive Site you acknowledge that ServiceLive is not a participant in the transaction between the Buyers and the Providers and ServiceLive is not responsible for the content of Buyers' offers or for the performance of Services by Providers."
Effectively, this is A&E without any accountability on the part of Transformco - the burden of customer care is on the "Provider."
The terms has some pretty interesting caveats: https://www.servicelive.com/terms I would be very cautious with this model, which looks like it puts the cost burden and risk on the tech while not guaranteeing full time employment. The question is whether this replaces A&E or is in addition to A&E. I suspect this replaces.
