Anyone could wash locomotives and dump toilets, but our ncfo’s wouldn’t, they are now all gone.

The union uppers are most likely in the carriers pockets. However WE need to stand together and vote down the garbage they are preparing to force feed us. We out number them and they rely on us. Let's show them. Then we need to do what is necessary to strike. Now is the time. Poor working conditions and safety issues are why but showing them they need us. I've heard several conductors who have just accepted that their jobs are a thing of the past. Well at least try to fight it. Go down swinging.
Question. Who is monitoring that site. I saw a comment made from a Paul Smith. Now it’s gone.
Mso are number one in moving no details there doing excellent work in all shops keep the good work safety first sincerely management
Pipe fitters, sheet metal workers, or boilermakers they are pretty much gone from all shop except a select few mso’s are still used at a majority of shops for locomotive moving, cleaning cabs, dumping toilets, fueling, sanding, forklift and other cleaning tasks like washing locomotives and cleaning up the shops where the contractors don’t go.
San Antonio’s shop has been using machinist and electricians to hostle, sand, clean, toilets and all other mso duties for 15yrs. It’s a mandatory requirement to bid on jobs to be mover qualified. They had a few laborers but are down to one now. They have never even complained that someone else is doing their work either. So yes I assume they would be next to go
PRECISION SCHEDULED RAILROADING: fancy name for VULTURE CAPITALISM.
UNIFIED PLAN 2020: simply UNION PACIFICS outline how they are going to execute VULTURE CAPITALISM.
Alot of shops already got rid of laborers, do your homework! Lol.
