VMware is turning into IBM.

vmware is turning into a sweatshop of imported workers which management treats as cogs in a poorly oiled machine.

Recently former employee. Liked VMware while there but the yearly waiting to get cut in January was a horrible demotivator. I am at a better environment now WITHOUT having to worry about every January coming around. VMware is a fake EPIC company. Period.

VMware is a flop company. It's neither in cloud nor in on-prem, soon the customers will flee giving up exorbitant hypervisor costs. The days are running out for VMware.

After getting kicked off the force to then get an email from the leadership about a 'strong start' is just the kick in the teeth no one needs. Utterly unprofessional.

Workforce rebalancing is an IBM term, they had 30 consecutive quarters of declining revenue and were having layoffs (Resource Actions in IBM lingo) two times every year (still do)
