Does anyone know the severance package that was given to the impacted associates? I’ve heard two weeks per years of service... is this accurate? Also, on top of tenure, do they include and PTO for exempt employees? Thanks in advance!

I wonder if non-exempt employees received the same severance package as exempt employees did (if length if tenure was the same)? It would be a pleasant surprise if they did.
I was with ADS just under two years and received 8 weeks pay plus two weeks PTO. Another person on the team with less tenure than I had received the same. I’m assuming this was the minimum given to exempt employees. I think longer tenured were getting 2 weeks per year but I’m not certain.
One worker in our area received 1.5 weeks per year. Not a leader.
