Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel layoffs

In 2016, all people who took VSP were good workers who got a job elsewhere quite easily
Of the people who were given ISP, most employees who were given ISP because of just one stock level-4 were actually good employees.
Of the employees given ISP due to IR/BE etc, some of them were good employees.

So most workers that were thrown out were good. Almost all bad ones remained there :) The Intel-HR guys are geniuses!
This trend of layoffs at Intel will go on. Unfortunately Intel is on its last legs but companies like Intel and AMD cant close down because they are a matter of national security

when accounting for inflation the stock price is still nominally $25 a share. The stock price in 2020 is also driven by federal reserve money printing. when things collapse intel will be at $12 a share again.

Regular market trends, like one of the few S&P 500 companies that still has not recovered from the 2001 dot-com peak LOL

People have been saying Intel has been on it's last legs for like a decade now. The company stock price has never been higher, moreso than regular market trends.
