Any one capable of turning things around around here has already left, or has been pushed out.
I feel like we are in the beginning of the end. 2 c-appy years in a row. Poor org decisions that we are still recovering from. Downward spiral as everyone panics and loses focus. I’ve always thought private equity would be the ultimate buyer. Still do. This is the classic company that has a lot of talent and impressive franchises, but poor management and little growth prospects. Perfect opportunity for KKR.
It was interesting to note that the stock barely moved down yesterday when the whole stock market tanked hard. I suspect they did a stock buyback yesterday to keep the stock from cratering. Eventually they'll run out of money to do buybacks to defend a run on the stock. A depreciating stock will mean more layoffs.
Juniper BoD is useless. Time for Juniper to ready for sale.
In btw, Artista acquired BiG switch. Any impact.
C-suite at Juniper is already working hard - taking care of themselves, their relatives and friends.
