In view of the current business operations, the Company is willing to waive vacation
qualifying requirements for 2021 for employees in active service represented by the
crafts above, subject to the following provisions:
- The employee must indicate, by written application, his or her willingness to
terminate employment, and leave Company service, no later than February 12,
2020
- The employee’s written application must be made between January 21, 2020 and
noon on February 1, 2020.
- The employee must be in active service during the application period and remain
active throughout the period immediately prior to the resignation date. Moreover,
the employee must be eligible for vacation in fiscal year 2020.
- The Company will review written applications and inform the applicant
employees of approval or denial for participation by 5:00 P.M. on February 5,
- The Company reserves the right to determine the number of applicants
allowed to participate, and to determine when those employees are released.
- Employees who elect to participate in this program will not be allowed to rescind
their application once submitted.
Applications in writing for this program must be furnished to your local chairperson, and
to:
